*If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of order receipt. 

*Please note, all "FINAL SALE", "SALE" items and hats checked with  "I am confident" when confirming your head shape and sizing are not eligible for return.

WESTERN HATS

* We work hard to get you the correct fit! If you receive your hat and it’s not quite right please call us and we’ll do our best to help. Most times a tweak here or there is all that needs to be done and we can help you do that at home.

*If it’s determined you require a refund of the purchase price, we will issue a return authorization number and refund promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end. 

OUR ERROR: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we’ll issue a return label at our cost and pay the return shipping costs plus any shipping fees related to the replacement of the item in question.

YOUR ERROR: If the return is a result of your error (incorrect head measurement, ordered without a head measurement picture, didn’t like, etc.) you will be responsible for any return shipping fees plus the shipping cost if you choose to replace with another hat. A 25 % RESTOCKING FEE on the returned hat will also apply. We suggest using a method that offers tracking. If you received free shipping on your order, shipping charges will be taken out of the total returned amount.

 

APPAREL

*Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 3 days of receipt. If it is a size issue, we will do our best to exchange for the correct size. Many items are limited availability. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us and we can guide you as to the fit of any particular item.

*All returned times must have original tags, un-washed and unworn

DAMAGED IN SHIPPINGIf your item is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will be glad to help you with any documentation needed for the claim.
