Fits perfectly and looks great

I ordered a hat on December 13th and paid for expedited shipping so that I could get it before Christmas. The website showed it to be in stock in the size that I wanted so I proceeded to place my order. Later that day I received a courtesy call to confirm that I did want the brim trimmed down to the size I requested and everything seemed to be going forward. Two days later I received a call from one of the shapers to let me know that the charcoal felt in 7 5/8 was not in stock and that they could replace it with a bunch of color alternatives. I told them that was not ideal and preferred to just be given a refund. Upon my order being canceled it once again shows the hat in 7 5/8 being in stock. Gotta love e-commerce. Anyway, the whole experience for me was a huge disappointment and I wont be doing business with The Cow Lot again. I recommend anyone operating with any sort of deadline to call ahead or walk in so they don't have the same thing happen to them.

I have owned many lids in my day but this is my favorite! I love everything about it but what takes it over the top is the way they make you feel like family from the time you walk in the door. They shape it exactly the way you want it and when you leave you know you have made new friends. The Cowboy Way♥️

I got this hat with the black ribbon and it looks amazing. They did a great job shaping it too! I can really shove it down on my head in the wind and it’s still perfectly comfortable! Great hat.

Staff is excellent above and beyond by text to get my hat perfect before shipping. The most gorgeous 5in brim charcoal felt with purple ribbon and edging.
