We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hat Shaper/Sales Associate to join our team. This is an in-store position suited to a self-starter who takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience and can manage a wide range of operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service-greet customers, help them find the right hat and answer questions with a smile
- Ring up sales and handle cash/card transactions accurately using our POS system
- Hat shaping and cleaning services (training provided)
- Help customers with styling and product recommendations
