It's a shame Mines chose The Cow Lot for this partnership. Order fulfillment took FOREVER, the hat is meh, and customer service is a joke. The 150th Anniversary Hat was a great idea; execution by The Cow Lot was underwhelming. If you survived Mines, go somewhere else and get yourself a hat you can be proud of.
I’ve ordered three hats from Cow Lot and they are all great. This hat feels good and looks even better. Bought it for my son and he loves it.
I reached out with some questions and the staff immediately set me up with one of these. I’ve struggled to find good fitting hats before, with head shape (probably) being the issue. After using one of these kits, I ordered two hats. Perfect fit, quite literally.
