Great quality hat and the shape turned out very very close to what I had requested, I only slightly had to tip the front down for my personal preference.
I got it for my son for his birthday, he designed it and customized it.
The communication with customer service was amazing with pictures of examples and styles.
It was definitely worth the wait and he is a very happy cowboy!
Wow!! The Cow Lot again surpasses expectations. I sent a mid 90s Stetson Tom Mix with an 8” crown and a 5” brim to be reshaped, lower the crown, cut the brim and recondition Brandon worked his magic and my hat came back like a brand new hat that looks terrific and fits better than before. So far, so good. I think we realized I may be a size smaller, but tbh, I'd rather have a too large a hat that I can dial in, rather than a tight one I need to stretch out, I don't live in Chicago or ride a horse or have a convertible, so wind-wise, I think I'll be ok, looking forward to getting my three hats back and taking them for a spin! Customer service was great and will use the same kit to get my gf a custom hat from you this holiday season!!

Take the guesswork out. Simple to use. Especially recommend if you are looking to buy a different brand of hat. Not all hats are sized the same! More so if you have a larger head

This hat did not fit well at all. This was disappointing because we had purchased a felt hat from yall a few months ago and that hat fit him better than any hat he has bought so he was very happy with it. This hat was not shaped the way he had wabted it which also was hard to tell from the photos sent. The brim was very low and he requested cutter bumps which we missed that they were not there on the photos
The hag did not fit him properly and the bring was not done thenway he had specified. Although we did get pictures it was hard to tell from the photos
I recommend the Fit Guide, especially for a first time buyer. Im very impressed on how well my hat fits just from this guide and the great staff looking over pics and asking questions. Thank You Cow Lot
