The cow lot always does a great job for me! I sure appreciate how good they work with me!
This hat is perfect. Amazing quality. Tyler did an awesome job shaping and was super a super cool dude. The craziest thing happened before I walked in. The power went out and they hooked up and generator and made it happen. The hat is amazing and the service is even better.
Glad to hear our power issues didn't scare you away! We've learned to adapt to the situation and come up with a solution. Thanks for sticking with us, I'll be sure and let Tyler know you're happy with his shaping : )

I did the perfect fit guide for this hat, and it worked great! The Cow Lot shaped it perfectly how I like it and when I pulled it out of the box to try it on, it fit like the hat had been already broken in! They send pics of the hat and discuss it with you before they ship it. This is the only place I’ll purchase a hat from now on!!!
I enjoy all 3 of my hats from them
We appreciate your trust in us!

The quality of the hat is very good as well as the shape, but the size is not correct, it is very small and does not match the label.
We received and measured your hat and it is within industry standards for a 7 1/8. There is a tolerance of 1/8” in either direction and yours falls within that tolerance. I reviewed the photo you sent of your head using your commercial tape. Your head measurement came in at approximately 22 5/8”, larger than what a 7 1/8 would measure. We discovered over the years that commercial tape measures can be wrong so I am going to send you one of our tape measures. I would like you to measure your head and email a photo of the tape measure while it’s on your head as you did before.
I understand you found an 7 1/8 and thought the sizing would be the same. Unfortunately manufacturers sizing is not consistent and a 7 1/8 in one brand doesn’t necessarily equate to a 7 1/8 and another brand.
The only way will know for sure what your hat size is if you measure your head using the same tape measure we use in house. By using the same tape we will all be on the same playing field.
UPDATE-I understand you are not open to remeasuring to verify what size you wear and prefer a refund. We will refund the cost of the hat, and wish you well.
