I ordered this hat for my wedding day because our local store didn't have the Ash color in my size. The process was easy, I submitted pictures for my desired shape and they even called me a few times to make sure they were getting the shape just how I liked!

I bought this hat not knowing what to expect at the time. I wore it once and loved it. Got a lot of compliments on the hat. They made it just like the picture.
