I've been looking for a vented straw hat for summer when my palm leaf gets too hot. There's hundreds of places to buy vented straw hats, and they all sell the same 3 or 4 styles. I was looking for something different, something that didn't seem to exist. Everything about this hat and the ordering process is awesome. From the time that you discover The Cow Lot till your hat arrives is as easy as it could be. I looked through their selection and found a 5" brim that I liked, filled out the thorough order form and sent it in. A couple weeks (maybe 3 or 4) later, I got a text message with a picture of my new hat. I asked Brandon for a few tweaks to the shape, and he happily obliged. Once he tweaked it, I approved it and he shipped it yet that day. Just like the quality hat at a fair price, the customer service is above and beyond.
Called and ordered my hat, needed it ASAP. The cow lot not only got my order in and out, they had it to me in a couple of days. The shape was perfect and the fit was even better. This is my 3rd hat I’ve ordered from them and will be coming back for more!
