The hat was made to my liking and perfection. Everything was on point from the customer service to the quality of the hat. The way they reach out to you and send you pictures before shipping is was. I call A1 service. Will definitely be ordering from The cow lot again in the near future and will refer friends and family to The Cow Lot.

Great hat for the hot summer we've had in Tn. Second hat I've bought from The Cow Lot and the service and quality is awesome! Was professionally fitted in the store for my first one and just used that info for my second purchase and it came out perfect. Hat feels great. Breaths really well. Feels sturdy for what I'm guessing will be a pretty decent life out of it. The only thing I'm not super crazy about is the sweat band. It tends to want to stick to my head and pull out when removing it due to the material it's made of. Very minor issue as it just rolls right back in but I still prefer the leather sweat bands. Overall even with that minor issue I'd definitely not hesitate to buy another once this one wears out.

This was a great way to purchase a hat, lots of options - service was great. The packaging was over the top. What a great experience!
