I have yet to find another hat shaping company that takes the extra step to find the shape of your head and shape the inside of your cowboy hat. It gives me more confidence in the hat I am investing in.
Firstly, the attention I was given regarding my hat was exceptional and not something I've actually experienced with other hat shops. After not exactly getting the shape 100% right, they happily worked with me until they got it. After it was shaped and ready to ship, all I had to do was wait. My hat arrived a day earlier than originally expected and I was quite taken by the attention to detail. I'm very happy with the product, it was definitely worth the price. Shout out to Tyler for shaping my hat!
We use the perfect fit guide and ordered my son a custom hat for his 12th birthday. It fits perfect and he is over the moon! This is his first custom hat and I don’t think he will ever go back.. Also, everyone we worked with was super helpful and informative!
I came to the store to help a buddy choose a hat. I ended up buying one of my own. I told Brandon kind of what I was looking for in size, shape, and style, and he knocked it out of the park. Couldn’t be happier! Now I have to buy all my hats there!
