It works flawlessly

The kit is very helpful to make sure I get the correct size hat. As mentioned in the how-to guide, when using a common fabric/plastic/sewing tape measure, I got a very different result due to the stretch of that material. The Perfect Fit Kit includes a sturdy paper tape measure to eliminate that problem. The included soft wire and graph paper for obtaining head shape (round/oval/long oval etc) is a step beyond that I've not really found anyone else doing and I appreciate The Cow Lot for taking the extra step to fit me correctly. Upon receiving the kit, I put my old hat on and had my wife draw lines on my head to mark how I normally wear my hat then apply the tape measure to those marks to get the best result. Snapped a pic or two and texted them to the Cow Lot team and they got to work. Brianna helpfully let me know that the size I had selected on my initial hat order (a guess on my part and the reason I wanted the Perfect Fit guide) would be different based on the measurements I sent them from the Perfect Fit Guide, excellent! From reading reviews from others, they’ll retain my info for future hat orders and I’m already browsing.

Karen, we had a phone conversation & I told you the crown & brim that I wanted with my new hat. You acted as if you wrote it all down. Nine days later you texted me and asked me the same questions. I used the perfect fit guide, took pictures and sent them to you . At that point I was ready to pay for the hat but could not reach you. You texted me at 9:00 at night but at that point I was wore out with the whole deal. When I told you that, you simply came back with " Best of luck. No way to treat a potential new customer. AS you know, there are plenty of places to purchase a hat. Thanks to you, the Cow Lot will never get my business. Mark LaVine

This was a great way to find my true fit and head shape. Very accurate way to determine your exact head size.

I was on a time crunch, I decided to get a new hat for my wedding. Everyone worked with me very well and communicated with me.

This kit was great. I know my exact hat size now and my exact head shape. I had been guessing I was oval, but was still having gaps in my hats. Realized I’m round oval. Super stoked to know this information. The Cow Lot really does everything right and 110%. So helpful.
