I discovered The Cow Lot 2 months ago and this is the second hat I have bought from their shop. Seems to be of high quality, was at the price point I was looking for in a straw. Good looking design and color. The only complaint I have is with Amelia...if she keeps shaping such good looking and fitting hats for me how am I ever gonna be able to afford that trip to Montana I was hoping to get to this summer!! Kidding of course..she did another excellent job of making the hat look good on my melon...she is an artist!

You guys have been great to work with from calling within hours of the order to contacting with pictures when done. The issue is that the crown shape is sloppy. I could not tell it in the pictures that were text to me. Once I received the hat I text back and was told you would send a return label and get it fixed. That is yet to happen. Like I said I was thoroughly impressed right up to receiving the hat.
I'm sorry the crown left in the condition it did, we should have caught it before boxing it up for shipping. I have emailed you a return shipping label, please let me know if you don't receive it.
When the hat arrives we will take a look at it and if it can't be correct we will shape up a new hat for you.

I just got my Rodeo King and it is the best fitting hat I have ever worn! I have a head shape that always requires me to have a stampede strap until now. The perfect fit guide is great and this won’t be the last hat I get from Cowlot!
