Great hat band
The customer service I received from The Cow Lot was incredible. From having to figure out my head size and getting it shipped back and forth from Colorado to WA State in such a short time frame - and doing it all via chat/text was excellent. Very impressed.

Shipped a Stetson Silverbelly for cleaning (Dirty in spots beyond my abilities), reshape/touch up shape. Took a few weeks, but well worth the wait.

This is my first hat from The Cow Lot but it won't be my last! I ordered it through their website, using their custom fitting/sizing kit. My hat was shaped perfectly and fits like a glove. I highly recommend The Cow Lot.
The fit and shaping are perfect! Brandon texted me some shots after he shaped and I was super happy. In person it's even better. I've wanted this color for awhile, so I'm glad I found it at The Cow Lot. The shipping box arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely order from them again!
I sent my slate gray rodeo king in for a reshape. I had had it a while and never wore it because the shape was like too many others I had. Karen was awesome helping me get the order placed and shipping and all that. Amelia knocked it out of the park! She did a hybrid wide cattleman/ rancher crown and then did an amazing pencil curl on the brim. It is now one of my favorite hats. The shape is gorgeous. I love that hat so much! The Cow Lot staff are great at pretty much everything you need. I always recommend them as one of the best hat places out there! So easy to work with and I love that they send pictures and texts to make sure everything is perfect before sending it out. Excellent customer service.
Very easy to follow instructions. I was able to complete my measurements and used the head shape tool with ease. I was also quickly able to provide these details to the shaping team via text.
