Firstly, the attention I was given regarding my hat was exceptional and not something I've actually experienced with other hat shops. After not exactly getting the shape 100% right, they happily worked with me until they got it. After it was shaped and ready to ship, all I had to do was wait. My hat arrived a day earlier than originally expected and I was quite taken by the attention to detail. I'm very happy with the product, it was definitely worth the price. Shout out to Tyler for shaping my hat!

i bought this for one of the children at my church for his birthday since he also rides horses like me. he LOVED it! it looks sooo good on him too! it came in a timely manner also. decided to do a CHL for his crown and a wide 8” george strait brim!

I ordered this expecting to get it after Christmas and was told at the time of ordering that it would come after. I placed my order and the next day I got a call. They confirmed everything that I wanted for this hat over the phone and also warned me again that it likely will not come before Christmas. I understood. As this was a gift, they requested that I send them pictures of my husband’s other hats so they could match his head shape the best they can to this new hat - what?! I’ve never heard of this. I received amazing service and they wanted the gate as perfect as I did! On top of that, once the hat was complete, they sent me a picture to confirm it looked exactly how I wanted it to after it had been shaped. I loved the sneak peak! It gave me confidence in my order. On top of that, the hat came a week before Christmas!! I plan on ordering from here again. Absolutely exceptional service, great quality, and very kind people who take their job seriously!

Amazing how fast these guys can do amazing stufff. The fit was great. Made to specs. Distressing was ok . Just not quite what I expected. All in all a very nice hat.
