It was shaped to his specifications, and we had final approval before shipping. It is exactly what he was looking for. He loves wearing it and gets tons of compliments. Highly recommend you all. The guys at The Cow Lot are the best! I had been looking online at different retailers/vendors for the best deal and quality, and this outfit came out on top! Brandon was great at educating me on the "X factors" of hats, and help me make the decision to go with the 7X, which would stand up to the crazy weather patterns where I live ( Colorado ). I'm not a working Cowboy, but I got exactly the shape, style and fit I need- great personal service. I look forward to many years of wearing a true western legend!

I had never bought or even had a custom hat before. My experience with the process was absolutely amazing from the very beginning to the end. A gentleman named Brandon was the one that shaped my hat and he made sure that he got it right and he knocked it right out the park. I will be getting another hat from the cow lot. I love dealing with your people,, customers service is the best I have talked to… this doesn’t mean just in the hat business it’s for all business I deal with. If your business was a restaurant it would be the Chick-fil-A of hatters … they go beyond customer service that’s why I bought 8 hats got six hat reshaped & 10 hat cut down the brims 3.25 inches. Plus I got two more hats to send you to get cut down just waiting on the label email to me. It truly is a family atmosphere & I tell everyone to buy and hat stuff.
