This was the 3rd Hat that I have either bought from Cow Lot or sent to Cow Lot for some much needed cleaning and shaping, as well as adding ribbon band and bound edge. As always, it was handled Quick, Fast and in a Hurry. I will be getting a 4th done soon and have no hesitation at buying from or sending in an older hat form rework.
