I got the perfect fit guide along with the hat and measured my head and this thing fit my head perfectly as if I was going in person, and they have some great customer service got everything done nice and easy and they where nice :)

For a wool hat the actual hat was fine. The shaping was different from the pics. The brim was kind of warped and not crisp/ smoothed out. I tried fixing it myself but didn’t do too great. Maybe it was just the material.

This hat is built to last. It has held up through multiple Texas summers, both at work and at home, so well that I ordered two this year. One stays in rotation for work and everyday wear, and the other is reserved for nights out. That should tell you everything.
