Love this hat. It came just a tad big so customer service sent me a shipping label. Sent it back Monday and got it back Saturday. It fits perfect and gets better every time I wear it. Joel has done both of my Cow Lot and does great work.

Excellent service and my hat was shaped & fit perfectly. The custom binding and ribbon was a great touch and was put on the hat expertly.
I sent in my husbands Stetson he bought in the early 80s that screamed Urban Cowboy. It needed cleaning and reshaping. They did.a good job cleaning it up and putting a more modern shape to it.

I found the CowLot from their social media accounts and had been looking for a new hat, so I ordered one of their size kits and sent in my order for this Rodeo King.
They contacted me quickly to suggest that I go up a size from my original order so the hat would fit better based on my sizing information.
When the hat was shaped I got a text message with pictures showing it from multiple angles and it was shaped exactly like I wanted.
The hat arrived well ahead of schedule and was in perfect condition. On my first try on, it was slightly looser than I prefer so I reached out for suggestions on tightening up the fit. I quickly received an email response and a video showing me how I could make an adjustment which worked perfectly. They even said they would document my preference for future purchases.
I have received several compliments on my hat and I definitely plan on more purchases from the CowLot, I may even see if they can reshape some of my other hats to make them look better.
The Rodeo King hat itself looks great and feels like a quality everyday hat. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase.

Abloustly love my hat! Customer service is top notch. They are very quick to respond. When I received my hat, it seemed a but snug but they showed me what I could do at home to adjust it and it fits great! I highly recommend The Cow Lot!!
