Joel did an awesome job at getting the shape perfect. Sent me pictures to confirm I approved. Definitely great customer service. The hat is also of good quality for an everyday work hat. Will be ordering more soon.
We went in for the tent sale. Didn't find the size we wanted outside, so we went in found a hat that fit! They shaped it exactly how we wanted it! We have bought several hats from the Cow Lot and won't buy anywhere else! They are the best when it comes to cowboy hats.
I ordered my hat thinking I would get it shaped elsewhere. To my surprise I got a text from the Cowlot asking me how I wanted it shaped. I sent pictures to Marco and he shaped it perfectly. Anytime he had a question he texted me to make sure of my decisions, great communication. Nice company to work with. I'll be recommending them to others.
