These folks are the best. The hat is perfect; it is good quality and made for a working cowboy. I sent them a photo of one of my other felt hats for the shape I wanted, and they shaped it perfectly. I will be a repeat customer.

One side is taller than the other theres a stain on the too of the hat. I dont like the shape i chose but thats on me
