  • Key points when collecting your head measurement & head shape:
    • When obtaining your head measurement, please make sure the tape measure is placed on your head where you typically like your hats to sit.  In addition, you will also want to ensure the tape measure is snug enough to represent how tight you like your hats to feel.  Your measurement is then taken to determine your accurate hat size. 
    • When getting your head shape you will twist the wire on the side of your head above your ear.  This will provide us with the most accurate head shape.  
    • Photos of your head measurement and head shape can be texted or emailed to 720-810-9906 or info@thecowlot.com

    I sent in my pictures and then we contacted by the company letting me know that I had some slack in the tape. They were right. If they wouldn't have caught it, but had would have been too big. The communication was great and the timing was excellent. Great work.
