Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer communications, ensuring timely, professional, and courteous responses across all channels
- Oversee and manage online customer inquiries and orders related to our hat cleaning and reshaping services, from initial request through fulfillment
- Process and track incoming orders with accuracy, keeping customers informed throughout each stage
- Identify and resolve customer concerns proactively, escalating issues when appropriate and following through to resolution
- Maintain organized records and ensure all customer interactions and transactions are documented accurately
