Karen, we had a phone conversation & I told you the crown & brim that I wanted with my new hat. You acted as if you wrote it all down. Nine days later you texted me and asked me the same questions. I used the perfect fit guide, took pictures and sent them to you . At that point I was ready to pay for the hat but could not reach you. You texted me at 9:00 at night but at that point I was wore out with the whole deal. When I told you that, you simply came back with " Best of luck. No way to treat a potential new customer. AS you know, there are plenty of places to purchase a hat. Thanks to you, the Cow Lot will never get my business. Mark LaVine

Did a great job. Communication was awesome and quality did fast.
I requested a small variation from the standard order specs on the order form for shaping. No problem for whoever shaped my hat. Not only do they happily honor the request, they’ll happily answer any questions you have regarding shaping, then send you a pic to see if it meets your standards. The only thing I’d like to see online is a crown height listed along with brim width but the staff will answer any questions about a hat if you call them.

I got the perfect fit guide along with the hat and measured my head and this thing fit my head perfectly as if I was going in person, and they have some great customer service got everything done nice and easy and they where nice :)

For a wool hat the actual hat was fine. The shaping was different from the pics. The brim was kind of warped and not crisp/ smoothed out. I tried fixing it myself but didn’t do too great. Maybe it was just the material.
