I sent my slate gray rodeo king in for a reshape. I had had it a while and never wore it because the shape was like too many others I had. Karen was awesome helping me get the order placed and shipping and all that. Amelia knocked it out of the park! She did a hybrid wide cattleman/ rancher crown and then did an amazing pencil curl on the brim. It is now one of my favorite hats. The shape is gorgeous. I love that hat so much! The Cow Lot staff are great at pretty much everything you need. I always recommend them as one of the best hat places out there! So easy to work with and I love that they send pictures and texts to make sure everything is perfect before sending it out. Excellent customer service.
Very easy to follow instructions. I was able to complete my measurements and used the head shape tool with ease. I was also quickly able to provide these details to the shaping team via text.

Absolutely loved it. Exactly what i asked and they were very good at communicating.
I recently received my 5 strand black and sorrel hat band and I have to say I'm very impressed. The coloration is spot on for my hat. The weave and craftsmanship are perfect. There is not a loose strand or weave out of place. The band came in a sealed cellophane bag, wrapped in blue tissue paper, inside a small branded box. Some might think that is unnecessary. I see this last touch as a sense of pride in their products. Unnecessary? Perhaps but certainly appreciated. This is a beautiful hat band which I can confidently recommend.
I’ve always had a hard time getting hats to fit, but this was easy and gave me a really sharp hat.

Karen, we had a phone conversation & I told you the crown & brim that I wanted with my new hat. You acted as if you wrote it all down. Nine days later you texted me and asked me the same questions. I used the perfect fit guide, took pictures and sent them to you . At that point I was ready to pay for the hat but could not reach you. You texted me at 9:00 at night but at that point I was wore out with the whole deal. When I told you that, you simply came back with " Best of luck. No way to treat a potential new customer. AS you know, there are plenty of places to purchase a hat. Thanks to you, the Cow Lot will never get my business. Mark LaVine
