I ordered my hat thinking I would get it shaped elsewhere. To my surprise I got a text from the Cowlot asking me how I wanted it shaped. I sent pictures to Marco and he shaped it perfectly. Anytime he had a question he texted me to make sure of my decisions, great communication. Nice company to work with. I'll be recommending them to others.

Second hat from the Cow Lot and first felt. Excellent quality for the price. Easy over the phone ordering with Karen. Great job by Tyler with the shaping, called a few times to get the details of what I was looking for & sent pics before shipping. Arrived at my place in Ca. quicker than expected. If I could give more stars I would.
I visited the shop and they fixed me up with exactly what I wanted and fit it to me so well it feels like it grew on my head!! Have to brag about Amelia who shaped it for me..she was really helpful with her suggestions and very skilled at what she does...great experience and I highly recommend The Cow Lot and the Rodeo King 10x.
Brandon formed my hat, sent pictures and I asked for some changes to it. He was a little concerned about cracking the hat if the changes were too much, but he made the changes and the is perfect!!!!! It is my 4th Cow Lot hat and everyone has a bit different character and all fit and look amazing!!!!!
