I tell you what I ordered a cheaper hat to see what the cow lot is all’s about and the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. my man Cody Cummings was awesome, sent me pictures of my hat, and when I asked to have it look like my other hat I already had, it was no problem! he shaped it just like it and got it out the door same day. these people really do text you pictures of your hat and shape it till it’s just how you like it
