I had never bought or even had a custom hat before
I had never bought or even had a custom hat before. My experience with the process was absolutely amazing from the very beginning to the end. A gentleman named Brandon was the one that shaped my hat and he made sure that he got it right and he knocked it right out the park. I will be getting another hat from the cow lot. I can’t put into word the amount of care that went into making my experience a memorable one. 100 thanks to Brandon and all the workers that made my first time hat buying process amazing.
