Ordered the Rodeo King Jute 5". Sent in measurements as directed and I couldn't be more happy! With a noggin like this it's hard to find hats. The Cow Lot has come through twice now and will again soon. Store was concerned I had picked the wrong size so they even called ti verify. The professionalism us unparalleled as is their customer service and shaping. Sent them a pic of what I wanted and BAM! Nailed it. I truly could not be more happy with my hat. I've been wanting this one for a while and love it!!

Its the best fitting hat ive ordered!

I had absolutely the best customer service when my hat fitting guide was taken from my porch, they immediately sent out another one the same day which I received two days later (Thanks Karen!). Glenn text me pictures which matched my description and fit my head perfectly. The hat is absolutely beautiful and I will be using The Cow Lot again.

Bought this to get a custom hat. After ordering the hat that I wanted, was informed that it was out of stock and discontinued. I was refunded the money on the hat but was scammed out of the cost of the sizing kit.

For the money, it was impossible to pass up. I have plenty of high-end hats that I've destroyed wearing to work.. I'll let you know how this one holds up. I want to say that Amelia was absolutely outstanding!! My hat was exactly how I ordered it, along with texts and pics to make sure it was on point.
