      Love it!

I upgraded from a resistol 20x to this 30x. And it’s perfect! The cow lot did a great job shaping it, it’s stiff, comfortable and holds the shape well!

      Great!!!

Great quality hat. 30x is super stiff and always looks nice! Great people as well! Fast shipping easy to deal with. Will buy more hats from the cowlot

      Liking the Hat

The hat is nice, but I have to keep stretching it. It keeps shrinking even though I wear it .. It doesn't seem to hold its shape like a 30x should

Doesn't Maintain Shape Well in the Rain

I got my Slate in August of 2020. It definitely is a nice color and The Cow Lot shaping is superb to most anyone else I have visited from Washington State to Sisters Oregon.

However, after I took it out in a downpour for around 10-15 minutes, this hat no longer holds the shape and looks a bit depressed on the brim. I tried using some stiffener and that doesn't seem to let it hold the shape.

If you aren't planning on taking it out in the rain, it's not too bad. However, if you are gonna take something in the rain, I'd recommend going for at least 80% beaver.
