Absolutely the best

Customer service is top notch. Brianna contacted me with in 48 hours after my online purchase. We talked about all the details of how I wanted my hat shaped. She sent numerous pictures of all different brim and crown shapes. Those details were relayed to Tyler Ray who shaped my hat. I couldn’t be happier with my new hat. I will definitely purchase another hat from the Cow Lot in the near future.

I’m now learning how to shape felt

$400 plus hat and probably won’t ever wear it. A George brim and a half taco are not the same and a brick crown so low it looks like a fedora. Communication was great but pictures didn’t show it the way it looks in person

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy wth your hat. You are corrcect, a half taco and a George brim are not the same shapes. As for the brick crown, traditionally they are 4 1/2' tall. Did you want yours higher?
We can easily remedy both issues if you'd like to send the hat back.If you'd prefer a George brim we can change it and if you'd like the crown taller we can raise it. Please let us know if this is something you'd like to do and we'll be more than williing to help.
