I order a straw work hat from them every year and they always get the shape right. They deliver when they say they will with great customer service.
I was disappointed to see that my crown and hat brim were off center from each other by about 15 degrees (Never looks like the hat is sitting straight as a result), as well as a break in the straw, showing the wire brim support, where the brim was bent. Paid for the expedited service which maybe led to the less than ideal shaping.
I'msorry to hear your crown is of center. I will email you a return label, please allow us to correct our mistake.

If you’re looking elsewhere for a hat and perfect fit, you’re wasting your time. Can’t say enough great things about Cowlot—start to finish, it was on point. Craftsmanship at its finest. Can’t wait to get another.
