Best inexpensive hat I've ever bought. Look and feel of higher priced hats.
Customer service well beyond the price point. From the initial order to approval for shipping, the process was easy and personal, more so than dealing with the big name western wear places. Alex did a great job getting the crease just right. Pert near perfect, and I'm pretty picky.

Great customer service

All I can say is these guys rock. Their customer service is like no other. The fact that the shaper texts you pictures of your hat before it ships to make sure it fits your needs is amazing. The quality of the hat is great and it’s a comfy fit. This was my first time ordering a hat online, and because of the Cow Lot it won’t be the last.
