Such a great experience! We ordered this for my son’s 15th birthday. He wanted a specific look and fit and we sent the Cow Lot pictures and descriptions and it turned out exactly what he wanted. They called and talked about the shape and how they were going to make it look. They were great to communicate with and the whole experience was easy and smooth.
Great customer service. Fast and efficient. It showed up just in time for my son’s birthday and the first high school rodeo of the season. My son wears his new hat all the time and gets so many compliments on it. It looks unique and different, not like something that everyone can pick up at the local feed store. Very genuine and original!
