Shipping & Returns


Your satisfaction is most important to us!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we’ll work with you to to determine whether or not the item is in need of return or can be fixed without need return.  

Returns will not be accepted without a Cow Lot Issued Return Authorization Number

If it’s determined you require a full refund of the purchase price, we will issue the refund promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end. 

OUR ERROR: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc..) we’ll issue a return label at our cost and pay the return shipping costs plus any shipping fees related to the replacement of the item in question.

YOUR ERROR: If the return is a result of your error (incorrect head measurement, ordered without a head measurement picture etc..) you will be responsible for any return shipping fees plus the shipping cost to replace the item.  A 25 % RESTOCKING FEE will also apply.

CUSTOMIZED HATS: The customization of any hat including the trimming of a brim length, bound edges, pencil rolled brim, etc...or specialty shapes, are NOT RETURNABLE.

Damaged in Shipping: If your item is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will be glad to help you with any documentation needed for the claim.
