Absolutely loving my new hat, and the service from The Cow Lot was amazing.
Sent me pictures of the hat, and when I requested a small change they answered swiftly and made sure it was 100% perfect.
The quality of the hat is very good as well as the shape, but the size is not correct, it is very small and does not match the label.
Customer service has been top notch so far. Waiting on my hat to arrive but they’re very responsive to texts and emails.
