Customer service well beyond the price point. From the initial order to approval for shipping, the process was easy and personal, more so than dealing with the big name western wear places. Alex did a great job getting the crease just right. Pert near perfect, and I'm pretty picky.

Bought this last spring for a new summer straw. Between brandings and ranch rodeo season it wasn’t uncommon for me to go through 2-3 straws a summer. After years of wearing American or Resistol I wanted to try a cheaper option. This hat has held up better than any big brand hat I’ve ever owned. I sent pictures of my felt hat for a reference and it showed up absolutely perfect. I was blown away since I’m pretty particular on my hats! Great fit in even the worse thunderstorm’s. Has been completely soaked multiple times and still continues to hold shape. I plan on ordering another this year as a good hat. The customer service makes it a breeze. 10/10.
