I’d start and end with Brianna
I’d start and end with Brianna. She is very helpful and thoroughly listens to ideas. She is cheerful and makes you feel like you’re her favorite customer. She’s old world customer service. She deserves a bonus. My felt hat came out exceptionally nice.
