Key points when collecting your head measurement & head shape:

Head Measurement:
- Place the tape measure on your head where you typically like your hats to sit.
- Make sure the tape is snug enough to represent how tight you like your hats to feel.
- Take the measurement to determine your accurate hat size.

Head Shape:
- Twist the wire on the side of your head above your ear to capture your head shape.
- This provides us with the most accurate head-shape information.

Bought this to get a custom hat. After ordering the hat that I wanted, was informed that it was out of stock and discontinued. I was refunded the money on the hat but was scammed out of the cost of the sizing kit.
I'm sorry to hear you are displeased. Yes, the fit guide kits are free when you purchase a hat, $10 when you do not. I understand you are unable to find a hat you like on the website. Given that I will refund the $10 fit guide kit cost and delete all sizing photos and information you submitted since you will not be purchasing a hat here. Hope you have a great day!

I sent in my pictures and then we contacted by the company letting me know that I had some slack in the tape. They were right. If they wouldn't have caught it, but had would have been too big. The communication was great and the timing was excellent. Great work.
