I don't do returns, and was unnecessarily charged, as to what you ever want to name your return charge. You get almost $3.00 for free.
As for the hat band it was fine. I like it.

I'm sorry you were caught unaware of return shipping insurance. Upon checkout you have the opportunity of unchecking that option, sometimes people don't notice it. In the spirit of good will I will refund the shipping insurance.
As for the packaging we do our best to make sure your item arrives intact and undamaged. We'd rather spend a bit more time and get it right than take shorcuts and risk any damage.

Lots of air flow, great shade, comfortable fit. Love this hat. Caution: if you have thinning or no hair, you'll need sunscreen! Brandon shaped mine and did an awesome job.
