I just got my Rodeo King and it is the best fitting hat I have ever worn! I have a head shape that always requires me to have a stampede strap until now. The perfect fit guide is great and this won’t be the last hat I get from Cowlot!
Bought this to get a custom hat. After ordering the hat that I wanted, was informed that it was out of stock and discontinued. I was refunded the money on the hat but was scammed out of the cost of the sizing kit.
I'm sorry to hear you are displeased. Yes, the fit guide kits are free when you purchase a hat, $10 when you do not. I understand you are unable to find a hat you like on the website. Given that I will refund the $10 fit guide kit cost and delete all sizing photos and information you submitted since you will not be purchasing a hat here. Hope you have a great day!
