El Bangora se desarrolló a mediados de 1900 como una alternativa a las pajitas tejidas a mano. Great Products and Customer Service!

I purchased the Bangora straw hat from Cow Lot. They sent me the perfect fit guide and once it was completed, they had the hat read for me the next day! They texted me to confirm the design was set up like I wanted and with a few small adjustments, it was perfect. I got the hat and when I tried it on, my exact words were, "wow this hat actually fits my head." I love hats, but I guess I never had one that was fit to me. I'll be coming back for all my hat purchases moving forward. Thanks Cow Lot!

Purchased and submitted the perfect fit kit and received 2 hats. One fit great the other was way too big. Sent it back they resized it and sent it back along with another hat that I ordered that was supposed to be the exact hat as the one that fit great from the first order. Both hats are too big. Nothing wrong with the quality of the hat, just disappointed in the fit after submitting the perfect fit guide.

I'm sorry we weren't able to get the size right this time. I kow you've ordered in the past and the sizing was good. I'm happy to send you return labels for the hats so we can make it right.

9/10 Update-I understand you didn't keep the box the hats were shipped in. If you take to your local Fedex office they will be able to box them up for you. I've emailed a return label, if you print and take with you they would be able to tape it to the box for you.
