The hat was perfectly shaped and fits excellent. I ordered the wrong size initially and had to exchange it for a different size. The team at the cowlot made this super easy to do and went the extra mile to do an amazing job. I’ll only buy my hats through them
The hat arrived scuffed up and it was the wrong size. I ordered what I needed and Karen argued me about it and then she changed my order to be what she thought I needed. If she would have sent me the hat size and shape I originally ordered, I’m sure I would have been pleased, however, she sent me a completely different size and shape and now the hat does not fit. She is trying to make me send the hat back, but I paid $50 extra for shipping and even tipped on top of it because I needed the hat for an event. The event has now passed and the hat was already used (looking ridiculously large and blowing off with any small gust of wind) so I do not want it reworked. I needed it to be accurate the first time around or I needed a partial reimbursement for the lack of quality and accuracy of my order. She says the price of my hat was adjusted based on the quality of it, which it was not adjusted, and she insists that she did not make any changes I did not ask for, which is not true.
The hat arrived scuffed and too large. I told Karen what I wanted and she argued me and made me take what she wanted to give me. I gave her my size and shape and she told me I was wrong without even seeing my head. I believe she sent me a used hat that was made for someone else. She said I was charged based on the quality of the hat, but I paid for a brand new hat shaped the way I asked and I did not receive that. I do not recommend the cow lot. Karen has been extremely rude and belittling and I do not appreciate any part of this experience. She seems to care, but at the same time, she definitely doesn’t care if I enjoy my purchase. I am very unsatisfied and want a partial refund for the damage caused to the hat before she sent it and for her sending the wrong size. She says the price was adjusted, but it was not adjusted. By her saying that, I feel she is admitting she knew the hat was messed up before she sent it.
