I purchased the Bangora straw hat from Cow Lot. They sent me the perfect fit guide and once it was completed, they had the hat read for me the next day! They texted me to confirm the design was set up like I wanted and with a few small adjustments, it was perfect. I got the hat and when I tried it on, my exact words were, "wow this hat actually fits my head." I love hats, but I guess I never had one that was fit to me. Great service with friendly conversation the whole time. From Wisconsin so when we flew in to visit family made a stop right away. I knew what I wanted when we got there and they got me fitted with exactly what I wanted.
I ordered this expecting to get it after Christmas and was told at the time of ordering that it would come after. I placed my order and the next day I got a call. They confirmed everything that I wanted for this hat over the phone and also warned me again that it likely will not come before Christmas. I understood. As this was a gift, they requested that I send them pictures of my husband’s other hats so they could match his head shape the best they can to this new hat - what?! I’ve never heard of this. I received amazing service and they wanted the gate as perfect as I did! On top of that, once the hat was complete, they sent me a picture to confirm it looked exactly how I wanted it to after it had been shaped. I loved the sneak peak! It gave me confidence in my order. On top of that, the hat came a week before Christmas!! I plan on ordering from here again. Absolutely exceptional service, great quality, and very kind people who take their job seriously!
