Overall, I like the hat, but the shaping was less than to be desired. The photos sent prior to shipping looked good. After receiving, the crown looks like it was beat up a bit, it's not very smooth. The brim and crown don't appear to be aligned very well, and the brim seems to have a bit of a "bubble" on one side only. I had a felt shaped from them and I really like it. This is a first for a straw to be shaped, maybe this is more normal than I expected???
