This was my first custom hat and I had a GREAT experience. The guys at The Cow Lot are awesome and the hat turned out just how I wanted it! Don’t know much about the quality of the hat but I do love it.

Firstly, the attention I was given regarding my hat was exceptional and not something I've actually experienced with other hat shops. After not exactly getting the shape 100% right, they happily worked with me until they got it. After it was shaped and ready to ship, all I had to do was wait. My hat arrived a day earlier than originally expected and I was quite taken by the attention to detail. I'm very happy with the product, it was definitely worth the price.
