Everyone’s head is different as anybody who has encountered the “one size fits most” label on hats. This technique was instrumental in getting the best fit for me. Money well spent.
The hat was made to my liking and perfection. Everything was on point from the customer service to the quality of the hat. The way they reach out to you and send you pictures before shipping is was. I call A1 service. Will definitely be ordering from The cow lot again in the near future and will refer friends and family to The Cow Lot.
$400 plus hat and probably won’t ever wear it. A George brim and a half taco are not the same and a brick crown so low it looks like a fedora. Communication was great but pictures didn’t show it the way it looks in person
I'm sorry to hear you're not happy wth your hat. You are corrcect, a half taco and a George brim are not the same shapes. As for the brick crown, traditionally they are 4 1/2' tall. Did you want yours higher?
We can easily remedy both issues if you'd like to send the hat back.If you'd prefer a George brim we can change it and if you'd like the crown taller we can raise it. Please let us know if this is something you'd like to do and we'll be more than williing to help.
