Customer service has been top notch so far. Waiting on my hat to arrive but they’re very responsive to texts and emails.

My first custom made cowboy hat. Also my first Rodeo King hat. I couldn’t be more happy. The hat, The Cow Lot, and everyone I felt with went above and beyond the call of duty. Very pleased!!
I have yet to find another hat shaping company that takes the extra step to find the shape of your head and shape the inside of your cowboy hat. It gives me more confidence in the hat I am investing in.
